March 30-31, 2013. To prevent formation of ice jams under the bridges during spring flood, preliminary ice loosening near the bridges on headwaters Sviyaga, Mesha and Menzeliya was made by workers of JSC “Tatavtodor” and Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kaibitsky, Tulyachinsky and Menzelinsky districts.
